The name Sound Naturals was inspired by my decades-long career in the music industry, a lifetime living on the Long Island Sound, and my commitment to using only natural ingredients.

 

After years of mindfulness on what I put in and on my body, I researched natural remedies to minimize the use of medicines and chemicals, and I found a passion for essential oils. One day, I made a face cream to help diminish a large dark sunspot on my cheek. The cream was more like a butter or a balm and after a few months of using it, I noticed a remarkable decrease in the size and color of the spot. Others noticed it too and started asking to try the cream. And so began my mission to make it even better and to discover natural remedies for other issues, like cracked heels and hands, warts, dry skin and eczema.

 

I was making creations and special requests for my friends and family when the 2020 quarantine months gave me the perfect opportunity to focus on mixing, blending, and testing. With a vitamin-rich night balm, a hand cream that nourishes skin even after frequent hand washing, a pampering foot cream, and an uplifting, luxurious body lotion, I began the first Sound Naturals line.

All products are made in small batches in Groton, CT and are Chemical-Free, Paraben-Free, and Cruelty-Free.  Most are also Gluten-Free and Vegan.
