We hope you love your Sound Naturals products, but if you are not satisfied and want to request a refund or exchange simply email beth@soundnaturals-usa.com within 14 days of receipt of product.  Include your name, phone number, order number, and the reason for your return in the email.  A customer service representative will be in touch to resolve the issue and address your needs within 3 business days.

 

 

 

Damaged Products:

If your Sound Naturals products were damaged during shipment, keep the box including packing material and damaged product(s) and notify us immediately at beth@soundnaturals-usa.com.  Please include your name, phone number, order number, and specify damage to product.
